In order to ensure the safety of students staying on campus during the 2022 summer vacation and manage their safety effectively, theAulinCollege held a safety education meeting for students staying on campus during the summer vacation at 16:00 on June 27th in Room 004 of theAulinBuilding. All students staying on campus fromAulinCollege, Luo Wei, the deputy secretary of theAulinCollege Party Committee, and Huang Xu, the counselor of the 2020 grade, attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Huang Xu elaborated on the implementation of safety education and standardized management for students staying on campus during the summer vacation. According to the relevant requirements of the school, he provided detailed explanations on the management requirements for dormitories during the summer vacation and safety precautions. First, strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of the school, including those for dormitories, laboratories, and the epidemic prevention and control period. Second, remain vigilant about epidemic prevention and control, do not let your guard down, complete nucleic acid testing as required by the local authorities, take good personal protection measures in daily life, strengthen physical exercise, and complete health check-ins on time. Third, enhance awareness of fraud prevention. During the stay on campus, keep in touch with your family frequently and inform them of your situation to prevent cases of fraud against parents due to information asymmetry. At the same time, be cautious of fraud through bank cards, mobile apps, and text messages. Fourth, in terms of daily life, as the weather is hot, students staying on campus should always pay attention to food safety to avoid getting sick from what they eat. Fifth, if you encounter any difficulties during your stay on campus, contact your counselor immediately.
Most of the students who will stay on campus this time are staff members involved in the 70th anniversary celebration activities of Northeast Forestry University. We hope that all the students will follow the arrangements, perform well in the celebration activities and provide excellent services, and be proud of the university.
