At 9 a.m. on July 12th, the teaching work conference for the 2022-2023 autumn semester ofAulinCollege was held in the 609 meeting room ofAulinCollege. Vice President Zhao Lihua in charge of teaching, teaching supervisors, heads of various majors ofAulinCollege, and course instructors attended the meeting. The meeting was held in a hybrid format of online and offline, and was presided over by Vice President Zhao Lihua.
At the meeting, Vice President Zhao Lihua first emphasized the significance of ideological and moral education for teachers, and required the assistant teachers of foreign courses to strengthen the review of teaching materials used by foreign teachers. She also put forward clear requirements for all teachers in accordance with the newly revised "Teaching Staff Manual ofAulinCollege". Subsequently, Vice President Zhao assigned the teaching tasks and priorities for the next semester to all teachers and introduced to the new teachers involved in foreign courses the methods and precautions for communicating with foreign teachers.
Subsequently, Teacher An Tieshu, the head of the teaching supervision group ofAulin, based on the supervision of the teaching work this semester, put forward valuable suggestions and opinions from several aspects such as teachers' lectures, classroom teaching order, and the collection and binding of assessment materials.
Finally, Vice President Zhao Lihua and the heads of each major discussed how to utilize the diverse teaching resources of theAulinCollege under the guidance of the OBE concept, covering aspects such as course design, teaching content, and teaching methods. Vice President Zhao emphasized that she hopes that after three years of construction, the teachers of each major can summarize their experiences, promote research-oriented teaching reforms, implement tutorials, deepen the reform of examination methods, steadily improve teaching effectiveness, and ensure the continuous improvement of talent cultivation quality.
