The Aulin College held a joint committee of teachers and students and a student symposium for the mid-term teaching inspection in the autumn semester of the 2022 academic year

On October 25th at noon, the joint committee of teachers and students of Aulin College and the student meeting for the mid-term teaching inspection of the fall semester were held in Room 401 of Aulin Teaching Building. Nearly 60 people, including staff from the Teaching Management office of Aulin College, members of the Aulin Joint Committee of Teachers and students, and student committee members of each grade, attended the meeting.

At the symposium, student representatives spoke freely based on their own circumstances, offered suggestions for the development of the college, and raised common concerns of students in aspects such as course arrangement, learning confusion, extracurricular activities, campus network, and apartment maintenance. The teachers present carefully recorded and provided detailed answers to 44 questions raised by the students in five categories.

The Joint committee of teachers and students of Aulin College is an effective platform for the college to connect with students and an important channel to do practical things for them. It aims to build a smooth and effective communication bridge between students and teachers, as well as the college, to convey teaching information in a timely manner, to give feedback on teaching opinions, and to supervise daily teaching activities. To motivate students' initiative and enthusiasm for autonomous learning, to grasp the entire process of teaching operation in a timely and accurate manner, to improve the quality assurance system of teaching, and to facilitate the smooth progress of all teaching work.

This symposium is a supervision of the teaching work of the college, an important part of the implementation of the mid-term teaching inspection work of the school, and one of the important tasks carried out by the Teachers and Students Liaison Committee of Aulin College. Through the symposium, the college gained a better understanding of the specific needs of students in their study and life, providing a basis for more effective teaching and revision of the training programs for various majors in the future; Students also re-examined their learning attitudes and methods through the teachers' answers to their questions, which played a positive role in planning their future course studies and personal development. The symposium provided a timely and effective feedback platform for students, promoted communication between the college and students, deepened the teacher-student relationship, and had a significant promoting effect on the optimization and improvement of teaching work.
