At 2:00 pm on November 8th, the Aulin College held a Teaching Advisory Board meeting. The director of the Teaching Affairs Office, the leadership team of the Aulin College, the deans (or secretaries of CPC) , deputy deans and program leaders of the relevant colleges attended the meeting. President Assistant Song Wenlong also attended it and made a speech.
The meeting was chaired by Liu Zhiming, Dean of the Aulin College. He first explained the purpose and responsibilities of founding the Board as well as the topics of the meeting. Secondly he stipulated the recent works of the Aulin College on teaching operation, fund management and teachers’ training.
At this meeting, the founding of the Teaching Advisory Board of the Aulin College was announced. The founding of the Board of Teaching Supervisors, Learning & Teaching Board, and Student Staff Liaison Committee of the Aulin College were discussed and approved.
Administrative Measures for the Employment of Teachers of the Aulin College (Trial), Working Rules of the Teaching Supervision Committee of the Aulin College (Trial), Implementation Rules for the Academic Mentors System of the Aulin College (Trial) and other relevant teaching management documents were also reviewed and approved during the meeting.
Finally, Professor Song Wenlong, President Assistant of the NEFU, gave a speech. He fully affirmed the achievement of various tasks of the Aulin College since its establishment, including the infrastructure construction, teaching work, and student management of the Aulin College. He also put forward the specific requirements for the Aulin College. He hoped that the Aulin teachers and students will work together, adhere to the overall outlook with advanced international education concepts, and make the Sino-foreign cooperation of the NEFU better.
