On December 23, Aulin College held the 2021-2022 spring semester teaching promotion meeting in conference room 609. Principals of various disciplines, teachers, teaching supervisors, dean Liu Zhiming, vice dean Zhao Lihua and Deputy Secretary Luo Wei of the Party committee attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by vice dean Zhao Lihua in a combination of online and offline.
At the meeting, vice dean Zhao Lihua first stressed the importance of ideological work and put forward clear requirements for teachers, especially NEFU teachers who help foreign teachers. Then it introduces the teaching priorities of Aulin college in the next semester. The college will continue to promote the research-oriented teaching reform, the reform of examination methods, tutorial and other reforms. It is hoped that the teachers will jump out of the conventional teaching and try first in Aulin College from point to area in combination with the course characteristics. It also introduces the communication methods and precautions with foreign teachers for new teachers participating in foreign curriculum teaching.
Professor an Tiezhu, the head of the teaching supervision group, combined with the supervision of the teaching work this semester, put forward valuable suggestions and opinions on the existing problems, teaching methods, the establishment of teaching information database and the evaluation of test papers.
Then, deputy secretary Luo Wei introduced the basic situation and characteristics of the students of Aulin college to the teachers, saying that the college will continue to pay close attention to the study style and discipline, correct the students' learning attitude, and hope to maintain close contact with the teachers and provide more valuable suggestions for the students' work of the college.
Finally, dean Liu Zhiming thanked all teachers for their hard work for the students of Aulin college. Aulin college will also build a platform for teachers to learn the advanced educational concepts and experiences of colleges and universities at home and abroad, encourage teachers to actively participate in the reform of teaching methods and examination methods, improve students' autonomous learning ability, pay attention to the learning process and cultivate learning habits, so that students can better and faster adapt to foreign teaching modes.
