Aulin College organizes the assessment of teaching staff in 2021

On the morning of February 28,Aulin College organized the assessment of teaching staff in 2021 in the 609 conference room of the College. All faculty and staff of the college attended the meeting, which was presided over by Liu Zhiming, the Dean of the Aulin college.

According to the requirements of the Notice on Organizing the Annual Assessment of Teachers and Staff in 2021 issued by the University, the leadership of Aulin College attached great importance to the establishment of an assessment leading group composed of President Liu Zhiming, Secretary of the Party Committee Yu Yang, Vice President Zhao Lihua and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Luo Wei, which is fully responsible for the organization and implementation of the assessment.

According to the plan,Aulin College intensively studied relevant documents in the form of a learning meeting of the theoretical learning center group of the Party Committee on February 28, 2022. Secretary Yu Yang learned the Assessment Method of Teachers' Ethics of Northeast Forestry University, and President Liu Zhiming learned the Annual Assessment Method of Teachers and Staff of Northeast Forestry University. After the study, the college carried out relevant assessment work. The assessment was carried out in the form of personal reporting and democratic evaluation. Participants in the assessment first carried out individual self-evaluation, peer mutual evaluation and leader comments on their daily work performance and personal conditions such as morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity. Although five comrades of the Youth League Committee of the College did not participate in this assessment, they also reported on their work at the college meeting.

After that, the team members made comments on each comrade, analyzed the deficiencies and put forward expectations. After the overall work report, the college leaders reviewed the work of Aulin College in 2021, summarized the concise practices, found the gaps and deficiencies in the work, and planned and looked forward to the work of the college's party building, administration, teaching, management and other work in 2022 in combination with the domestic high-level Chinese foreign cooperation experience in running the college, which laid the foundation for further work in 2022. Then, all the faculty and staff of the college voted by secret ballot for the examinees.

After the meeting, all members of the assessment leading group will discuss collectively according to the actual performance and democratic evaluation results of the assessed, determine the final assessment results of the assessed and publicize them according to the final assessment results.
