Introduction to the College
AulinCollege of Northeast Forestry University is a non independent legal person Chinese foreign cooperative school running institution jointly built by Northeast Forestry University of China and Auckland University of New Zealand. It was approved by the Ministry of education on April 15, 2019 and belongs to Northeast Forestry University (NEFU),The school is located in NEFU campus.
At present, the college offers four undergraduate level majors, namely computer science and technology, biotechnology, chemistry and engineering management, and master of ecology. Among them, computer science and technology, biotechnology and chemistry are the three undergraduate level majors and ecology master level majors in the Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions jointly organized with Auckland University of New Zealand. The major of engineering management is a Sino-foreign cooperative education project jointly organized with Aston University, which is under the unified management of the college. It is planned to recruit 405 undergraduates and 20 postgraduates each year (10 in the plan and 10 independently).
With the purpose of "introducing high-quality educational resources and improving the quality of personnel training", the college selects excellent teachers from NEFU and foreign cooperative universities to teach in English or bilingual. With advanced teaching facilities and excellent teaching environment, it has an independent teaching office building and 21 smart classrooms, providing a higher classroom teaching form with students as the center.
At present, the college is preparing to build the "Aulin IGI programme", which is linked with the University of Auckland in New Zealand, the University of Western Australia in Australia and the University of science and technology in Sydney, to jointly train doctoral students who can obtain doctoral degrees from overseas universities, attract high-level talents with international competitiveness, and meet the needs of high-level education and international talent training.

Ecology (major code: 071300): the master of ecology ofAulincollege has introduced the advanced teaching methods of Auckland University, the international top teaching staff and courses and other educational resources to enable students to have good basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of ecology, strong scientific thinking ability and innovative consciousness. After going abroad, the ecology Postgraduates ofAulinUniversity studied in the school of science of Auckland University. The environmental science of the school of science is the dominant specialty in the teaching of the postgraduates of Auckland University. In 2020, QS ranked 75th in the world university discipline. This specialty cultivates applied research-oriented innovative talents with cross-cultural communication ability, stronger international competitiveness and meeting the social needs.

It is planned to recruit 20 students every year (10 in the plan and 10 independently) for 3 years. Those who meet the graduation requirements can obtain the master's degree certificate, master's degree certificate of Northeast Forestry University and master's degree certificate of Auckland University. The domestic place of study is Northeast Forestry University (No.26 Hexing Road, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province). The domestic tuition is 78000 yuan / student / year.
The place of study abroad is Auckland University of New Zealand (located in Auckland City, the largest city in New Zealand). After going abroad, the tuition fee will be charged according to the tuition standard of Auckland University in the current year. The tuition fee is about NT $43000 / student / year, and no domestic tuition will be charged.
Those who meet the application requirements can apply for national scholarship.
