He graduated from the Bengbu Tank Academy of the People’s Liberation Army in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in military science. From 2007 to 2019, he served astheplatoon leader, company commander, and staff officerin the People’s Liberation Army. Hebegan to work inthe library of the Northeast Forestry University in January 2019, and wasappointed as the head intheGeneralOffice ofthe Aulin College oftheNortheast Forestry University in September 2019.
